Company History – West Coast Fire Equipment was founded in 1988 in Fort Myers, Florida by Bernie Murphy, who today still owns and operates the company.  Bernie and his team focus on providing fire alarms and extinguishers to businesses and residential communities, but soon expanded to emergency lighting and then all types of commercial lighting. Fire Alarm Checks – We’re certified to conduct the annual fire alarm inspections and repairs required by law.
